Three states, one tour, and temperatures a Floridian has no business being in.
I flew out of Tampa and landed in Baltimore for the first show — a solid night to kick things off before heading north. From there I hopped on the train to New Jersey for round two, then continued up to New York for the finale. Somewhere between Jersey and New York I managed to get on the wrong train.
New York was brutal. -15 degrees is a different world when you're from Florida. But before the show I found a local brewery nearby, warmed up, and ended up hanging out with some great people — exactly the kind of thing that makes these trips worth it beyond just the music.
Ad Infinitum, Seven Spires, and Tulip across three nights in three cities — seeing the same bands multiple nights in a row never gets old when the setlist hits that hard.
